| 内容記述 | In sports developed countries, the long term athlete system plays a vital role in determining of the representative of the country. In Spain I went to training for 2 and a half years, junior players always practice the drills, making the same game situation, in conjunction with each category and the Spain national team have had good results in the world-level competitions. Spain coaches are familiar in each category should acquire the techniques, tactics and strategy to achieve the Spain handball ideals, thus could say they have establish the long term athlete development system. Japan national handball team, so far doesnʼt leave a good results in the world-level competition, is urgent the establishment of a consistent system to coach junior players and the long term athlete development system and the idea in Spain can be helpful. In this paper introduce the coaching and training drills for Spain junior players including the difference between Japan. And this research will be reference material in order to establish training drill for the player development system to explore future direction in Japan handball. | |||||||
