| 内容記述 | As a project of the Student Counseling Office, a workshop called "Structured Group Encounters" was held and analyzed the changes in the consciousness of participating students. As a preventive and developmental psychoeducation program for maladjustment to student life, the aim was to promote self-understanding and understanding of others, and to improve communication skills by gaining trust experiences. For many students, their motivation for participating was not positive, but after the two-day session, it was presumed that they were accepted by others and were able to face themselves, and it is thought that the initial purpose was achieved to some extent. However, it was necessary to devise ways to diversify the number of participants and reduce the psychological burden, and this became an issue for future consideration. | |||||||
