As a preventive and developmental psychoeducation program for maladjustment to student life, the aim was to promote self-understanding and understanding of others, and to improve communication skills by gaining trust experiences. For many students, their motivation for participating was not positive, but after the two-day session, it was presumed that they were accepted by others and were able to face themselves, and it is thought that the initial purpose was achieved to some extent.
