However, his management theory has not fully considered until now. The one reason is because his management theory has been identified with McGregorʼs management theory based on Theory Y.\nSurely, McGregor quoted Maslowʼs Need Hierarchy Theory, and developed his own management theory. Are Maslowʼs management theory and McGregorʼs management theory the same?
