Moreover it is said that the stability of the work force is not so good, because many of the overseas students who have found jobs in Japan with considerable effort are said to be leaving their jobs within a couple of years.\nMany causes are pointed out for the overseas students not to be successful in finding jobs in Japanese enterprises.\nIn this essay the main focus is placed on the recognition gap between the Japanese enterprises and the overseas students.
