Top manager require a self motivated approach and transparent corporate culture is corporate scandals proactive measure. Corporate scandals awareness of top manager leads to nervousness and crisis mentality of the organization. This suggests lack of business ethics as an importance cause of corporate scandals. This paper considers top manager having management decision making in an ethical value discretion based on corporate philosophy and business ethics.
